Wow! That’s all I can say about that seminar. Judo, stand up, ground work, 3 black belts on the mats, 3 and a half hours of pure martial arts amazingness! Oussssss! Thank you Professor Shah for coming to London BJJ and bringing two of Franco Behring’s distinguished Black Belts, Prof. Marco Costa and Prof. “Papi Loco”. It was a treat for those who came out.
