Attention Prospective FBJJA Competitors:

London BJJ will be hosting a 2-hour Competition Seminar with Professor Marco Costa on May 22, 2011. Learn under the tutelage of our association’s mat general. Prof. Marco will be focusing on what it takes to be a strong competitor at white-belt level, but these are fundamentals that can benefit practitioners at any level of competition.

Equipment Needed: Clean gi, pen, a pad of paper, and an open mind
