Shah Franco Martial Arts Seminar

June 23-24 London BJJ will be heading to Toronto, ON to celebrate the opening of Prof. Shah Franco’s new dojo on Dundas St. W.  Sign up sheets for this event will be in the North dojo Tuesday night.  Commemorative t-shirts are being made on a pre-sale basis.  Click through to check out the shirt design, made by non other than London BJJ’s Tim Fields.  He’s a special guy.  Poster artwork is by Aindrea Skelly. Prof. Marco will be focusing on what it takes to be a strong competitor at white-belt level, but these are fundamentals that can benefit practitioners at any level of competition.

FBJJA Competition Team Might be Small…

…but they have great skills on the mat. Franco Behring students amassed enough points during this weekend’s Ontario Open BJJ Tournament to rank #5 in Gi and #2 in No Gi. Parabens to all of our team members and Obrigado to all coaches, instructors and Professors.

If you’re interested in competing, here are just some of the local tournaments you may wish to participate in. Pencil these dates in your calendar and start training now for success later!

Prof. Monkey of the FBJJA (EYMA) got past the grappling, striking, and (after an initial scare!) interview portions of the TUF selection process. Final cuts will be announced in approximately 2 weeks. Best wishes Prof. Monkey!

We’re Officially Open!

London BJJ is officially open for training.  The website is still under construction, but we’re hoping to have it complete soon.  For questions about London BJJ or if you’d like to try a week for free, please email and we’ll get back to you asap.
