Our Interactive Online Martial Arts classes for beginners at the LWCA aim to equip you with the foundations and building blocks of the various martial arts systems we offer onsite. You can train effectively on your own from the comfort of your home, wherever you are in the world.
LIVE ONLINE MARTIAL ARTS TRAINING
The LWCA remote Martial Arts training programmes are much more than just an online video platform. They are fully immersive and interactive. You will be taught individually as part of the group. We place the emphasis on the student’s development without the need for any specialist training equipment or having a partner to work with.
When you join our online LWCA community, you’ll get access to regular remote martial arts classes throughout the week with your fellow classmates. These sessions follow a specifically designed and considered plan to enable you to learn the fundamentals of the course you have selected (Wing Chun, MMA, or Brazilian Jiu Jitsu). The classes feature exercises and drills, in which you will be taught and personally corrected. Our methods designed to be effectively practiced on your own.
Self training has always been at the core of martial arts development and improvement. Dr Mark Phillips bring 35 years of teaching experience and self training expertise to these fully interactive classes. As well as teaching you the key ideas, he will also correct you in real time, answer questions, and recap the theories underpinning the class. Enabling you to learn at a faster rate.
Our Online Martial Arts Classes are suitable for beginners. They aim to give you the basic skills that can easily and quickly be applied. We will literally weaponize your body during the duration of the course.
