This is a unique Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) online training program designed for new starters. You can train at home, get a workout, whilst still learning some effective fighting skills. The teaching method is fully interactive and easy to follow.

Lead personally by Dr Mark Phillips who has over 35 years experience in teaching martial arts and training fighters. His teaching style is enjoyable, and more importantly easy to understand.

No special equipment is required. Although our online MMA training is delivered via Zoom. Once you enrol you will be sent a link to join the course.

Online MMA Course Outline

This live fully interactive online MMA course will teach you how to effectively utilise the various fighting domains in Mixed Martial Arts. We’ve cherry picked the most effective MMA fighting techniques. So you will learn to box, kick, and grapple from the comfort of your home.

Week one introduces movement in four key elements of MMA fighting. You will learn the simple basics of striking, footwork, grappling, and ground fighting.

Week two focuses on power development, while introducing some fight stopping kicks. Week three promises a lesson on how to be unpredictable when fighting. We will teach you some fresh patterns of footwork and angles.

Finally, week four builds on the subsequent lessons by putting it all together. You will learn how to combine all of these elements so that you can continue to train alone at home.

Once you have completed this online MMA training. You will be welcome to progress to our other online virtual classes. These include our Intermediate Brazilian Jiu Jitsu instruction and more.
